A LITTLE BIT SAD

Sad that the year is ending
It seems like only yesterday that it started
And right now I am recollecting
My tear glands are slowly activating,


Joyful happenings I fondly remember
Unhappy moments I will gladly surrender
So much has happened, it's hard to put to pen and paper
The memories etched so vividly in my mind
will be cherished forever
