The Valentine Day that was ......

I have always associates Valentine Day as one where love is around us. A time where people reaffirm their love for each another. See the various ideas and gifts featured in the blogs were already attestations to it.

On that day, I had invitations to attend our GM's daughter wedding and also to attend a good buddy birthday's celebrations in the karaoke after the wedding dinner. But half way through the dinner, received a phone message to inform me that my childhood good friend's mum passed-away. I was so surprised and sad at the same time. Life can be so unexpected.

Next following day, Moon called. She has been crying like there is no tomorrow, caught in a breakup relationship on Valentine day ! My company's driver, the jovial, nice uncle was also admitted to KLGH on Valentine day too. He got a mild heart attack while on his way to the airport to pick up some visitors.

Gosh! Valentine day ... in tears? ..facing heartbreaks? ..in hospital? ..a sad day?
Life really can be so hard at times !
